Who we are
This website and store are run by Harbor Liquidations, 13175 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92843. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms, our Returns and refunds policy and our Privacy policy.
Listings and prices
Colors and finishes may differ from photos. Dimensions are approximate. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and delivery unless stated. We can correct a listing error, including a wrong price, before an order is handed over; if that happens we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund. Member discounts apply only while a membership is active.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken by card on a secure page run by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. An order is accepted when payment clears and you receive the order confirmation. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the pickup or delivery address. You receive an email receipt.
Pickup and delivery
After payment we call you to arrange pickup at the store or a delivery day. Delivery fees are based on distance and shown before you pay. Terms, windows and what to expect at handover are on the Delivery and pickup page. You or an adult you name must be present to receive a delivery. Check your items at handover.
Availability
If an item you paid for turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we offer a swap for another item or a full refund within 2 business days of telling you.

Cancellations, returns, damaged items and how refunds are paid are set out on the Returns and refunds page, which is part of these terms.
Membership
A membership is a paid subscription that gives a percentage discount on store prices while it is active. It renews automatically until cancelled from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for orders placed from your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Warranty and liability
Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, pass to you with the product. Beyond the rights described on the Returns and refunds page and any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, items are sold as described and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If there is a problem, call (661) 335-2843 first; most issues are sorted out that way. Anything that cannot be resolved goes to the courts of Orange County, California.

We may update these terms. The version shown here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
